so, ever since i coded someone a layout when they said they would pay me for it, didn't like it, deleted me then ignored me when i tried to talk to them, i will not be making anyone anything unless:
1. i trust you completely
2. you pay before i make it
or
3. you won a contest/i offered to make it
so don't ask for me to make you anything unless you're willing to pay for it. i'm tired of getting taken advantage of for making stuff for people who honestly don't care.

rules:
1. i only accept paypal for these, sorry :/
2. all transactions are final. if you don't like your item, you may exchange it, but i don't give refunds.
3. if you haven't received your item within 48 hours, please contact me. i will work my hardest to get your item(s) to you within 48 hours upon receiving your payment.
4. if i haven't e-mailed you back regarding your order, that means i haven't gotten your order yet. when you receive a reply, then i have obviously received it and will start your order when i have received your payment. :)
5. you may combine different items if you would like to, so when you e-mail me, i'll reply with the combined price. :)
