subdomain hosting

Rules:
1. if you get hosted, you have to put your content up within 2 weeks. i'm not gonna give a subby to just anyone, especially if they won't use it.
2. you have to have a link to me as your host in your navigation on every page of your site.
3. you should update at least once a week.
4. if you are going on vacation/hiatus/etc. you have to let me know.
5. you have to be talented and have some knowledge of coding. i'm sorry but if you don't i can't host you. i have my own life and i won't always be there to help you learn how to create a new page. of course if you're new that's different. i will always help you start out. after that, you're on your own. :)
6. you should be making your own content instead of using other people's. domain layouts are an exception, because those can be very difficult to master.
