creating an ftp account

this is simple, just like creating a subdomain. again, if you have questions just let me know.
step 1. go back to your cpanel home and under the "files" section, click "ftp accounts".

step 2. type the username that corresponds with your subby, or whatever username the person would like it to be in the username field, then the password they gave you in the password field. then click "create ftp account".

and you're done! this is what it will look like on your page when it's finished: (don't mind the pixelated text, lol)

NOW, when you give your new hostee their login information, it should be like this:
FTP SERVER: ftp.SUBBY_NAME_HERE.YOUR_SITENAME_HERE.com/net/info/etc.
USERNAME: FTP_NAME_HERE@YOUR_SITENAME_HERE.com/net/info/etc.
PASSWORD: PASSWORD
