how to create a new file in cpanel
step one: log in to your cpanel account and click "file manager" under the "files" section.
step two: in the upper left-hand corner, hit "new file".
step three: in the "new file" popup window, put whatever you want the page to be named.
and you're done! when linking pages back to your homepage, make sure you can remember the name of the new file.
